Research

My research work has served as the frontier input to my entrepreneurial and platform-building efforts.

Over more than a decade, I’ve worked on neurotechnology systems that bridge physics, biology, and computation — often in domains where theory is incomplete and empirical iteration is unavoidable.

My research has focused on:

  • Neural sensing and brain–computer interfaces
  • Neuromodulation and focused ultrasound
  • Multimodal signal representation and learning
  • Closed-loop interaction between biological and artificial systems

I’ve authored 100+ peer-reviewed publications and am a named inventor on 50+ patents, with work spanning early academic research through commercial deployment.

Rather than listing everything, I curate representative work here.

Selected publications & patents

  • Non-invasive neural sensing and brain vital monitoring
  • Acousto-encephalography (AEG) and advanced ultrasonic interfaces
  • Focused ultrasound neuromodulation and blood–brain barrier opening
  • Machine-learning-driven sensing and signal interpretation
